Ralph Gale has been helping people with their financial and protection needs since 1987. Ralph began his career with Combined Insurance he soon realized that his clients didn’t fit into a “cookie cutter” approach. Ralph moved to Prudential Insurance and began the investment side of his practice. Following the recession of the 90’s his position was eliminated and he was offered a Comptroller's position for a business in Florida overseeing the finance and insurance division Ralph migrated back to West Michigan and began building a team dedicated to providing accurate investment and protection advice to seniors. While building a successful team was gratifying his desire to stay hands on with his clients drove him to step down from that position and formed “FIREProof Wealth Management LLC”. Insisting on the highest level of integrity and accuracy, isn’t the Gold Standard, It’s the ONLY Standard! Ralph’s approach is simple. Everybody’s situation is unique so a “cookie cutter” approach is an insult to his clients. Your situation is yours and only you understand it and can communicate it properly so it is up to us to help you tell us your perfect retirement then hope for the best and plan for the rest. Your investments are only a way to pay for your plan they are not your plan. We strive to make your investments and protection fit perfectly into your puzzle. Ralph spent time in discussions with many of the major brokerage firms and decided like he had many years before that being independent would be the only way to insure his clients that the advice they would be receiving wasn’t corporate policy or somebody in an office somewhere. Ralph is local his advice is based on local conditions. Ralph and Kay have been married for 22 years have two beautiful daughters ( just ask him). Ralph and Kay attend Ada Bible where he has lead a Men’s small group study for 6 years. Ralph knows that it’s either true or it’s false there is no gray.
