Earl Doucette is the founder of Integrity First Financial Services Inc. and has specialized in retirement and estate planning for more than three decades. Since beginning his career with New York Life in 1988, Earl has helped countless families, individuals, and small businesses prepare for the future through tailored strategies in retirement planning, life insurance, group health plans, and estate planning. His dedication to fiduciary responsibility and client-centered service has earned him long-standing trust in the community. In addition to his professional achievements, Earl has been active in nonprofit work, most recently establishing Inland Empire Senior Services Inc., a nonprofit dedicated to supporting seniors through resources, education, and outreach. He also serves as chairman of community events, such as the annual Juneteenth celebration, which brings together hundreds of residents and families. Outside of work, Earl enjoys cycling, cooking new dishes for family and friends, and spending time with his wife, Letitia, their three adult children, seven grandchildren, and two French Bulldogs, Bentley and Armani.
