Brian has a Certificate for Financial Planning from Boston University. With over 20 years of financial industry experience he has previously worked with institutions such as AIG, Edward Jones, BrokersXpress,  ISC Group,  SCF Investment Advisors Inc and Crown Capital Securities, LP. Brian is currently Managing Executive and Chief Compliance Officer of Toro Bravo Investment Advisors, LLC, a Texas state RIA firm. He was privileged to ring the closing bell at the NASDAQ in 2013. Additionally, Brian has been the recipient of many financial industry awards. Brian earned the professional designations of Registered Social Security Analyst (RSSA) and Certified Financial Fiduciary (CFF). Brian has also been involved in philanthropy and civic activities with the Hale Center Emergency Medical Services (EMS) and in prison ministry. Brian extensively fundraised and successfully applied for grants on behalf of the Hale Center EMS raising more than $210,000 and sat on its board of directors and received recognition for his efforts. He was a finalist for the ‘Invest in Others’ community service award for his work with Hale Center EMS.
