Benjjamin K. Zales became a financial professional on May 9th, 2003, inspired by a desire to create value and positive expectation in this new age of responsibility for the American family. He believes the commitment to change is the biggest challenge facing American families today, given the emphasis on globalization and ownership in our society. In his view, this inevitable outcome has increased income volatility, as individuals and families have borne the burden of financial risk—leaving many susceptible to this phenomenon in ways they never expected. Guided by the idea that “The role of a leader is to help people face reality and mobilize them to make change,” as Ronald Heifetz said, Zales’ goal has been to successfully provide his clients with the right information, education, and advice concerning their cash flow and retirement needs.
